Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coordinate, and monitor projects to ensure successful and timely delivery in line with corporate strategy and business objectives.
- Build, enhance, and support PMO processes, frameworks, and reporting mechanisms across the organization.
- Manage end-to-end IT and business transformation projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Develop realistic project timelines, resource, and budget plans; ensure delivery within defined scope and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering, HR, Finance, IT) to achieve project objectives.
- Maintain clear communication and coordination among internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; escalate critical issues proactively to senior management.
- Prepare and present project reports, business plans, and progress updates to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with the holding’s project management methodologies and governance standards (PMI, Agile, Hybrid).
- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and tools.
- Support management committees such as IT Strategy Boards and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR).
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with business partners to identify new collaboration opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
- 5-7 years of experience in Project Management, preferably within IT, telecom, technology, or financial services sectors.
- Demonstrated experience in PMO environments: governance, reporting frameworks, KPI management, and portfolio oversight.
- Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation, integration, and software development projects.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Hybrid project management frameworks.
- Solid knowledge of project planning and tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; fluency in English is required.
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Project Management is highly preferred.
- Experience in resource planning, KPI setting, and senior management reporting.
- Strong leadership qualities with a coaching mindset, fostering collaboration across teams with diverse expertise.
