We’re looking for an AI/ML Engineer to build and optimise the core intelligence behind enterprise-scale AI solutions used by leading global clients

You’ll work across cutting-edge technologies, fine-tune large language models, and design algorithms that bring automation, prediction, and reasoning into real-world production systems

📍 Location: Fully remote / Europe-based

🎯 Your mission

• Develop, fine-tune, and deploy advanced machine learning and deep learning models
• Integrate and optimise large language models (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini) for enterprise applications
• Build scalable AI pipelines for automation, decision intelligence, and recommendation systems
• Collaborate with backend and data engineering teams to embed AI models into production environments
• Continuously improve model accuracy, efficiency, and latency based on live data feedback

🧭 You bring

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or applied data science
• Proven expertise with Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and model deployment frameworks
• Experience with LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, or vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS)
• Strong understanding of data structures, APIs, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• A results-driven mindset focused on building robust, scalable AI systems for enterprise environments
