We’re looking for an experienced and passionate leader to join us as Head of Machine Learning – Research at Cosmose AI. In this role, you’ll lead all Machine Learning initiatives across the company, from our large-scale personalization system to cutting-edge on-device ML research.
This is a hands-on leadership role; you’ll stay close to the research and development while setting our long-term ML strategy, mentoring engineers, and turning groundbreaking ideas into production-ready solutions that impact millions of users worldwide.

- Lead Cosmose AI’s Machine Learning strategy and execution across personalization, AI tools, and on-device research.

- Translate research into production-ready systems, striking a balance between creativity and performance and scalability.
- Stay ahead of the curve, track emerging ML trends, and bring fresh ideas into Cosmose’s technology roadmap.
- Proven experience leading ML and research-focused teams.
- Deep, hands-on experience designing and deploying ML models in production.
- Understanding of personalization, recommender systems, or on-device ML.
- Solid foundation in computer science, applied mathematics, and statistics.
- Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Track record of bridging research and production - turning innovative ideas into real-world systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills (both Polish and English), able to align technical teams and business goals around a shared vision.
