Job Requirements

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Experience in Machine Learning or AI development
• Proven expertise in computer vision and deep learning
• Demonstrated success leading and delivering ML projects end-to-end
• Experience mentoring engineers and fostering technical excellence

Technical Expertise

• Deep knowledge of computer vision and multimodal architectures
• Strong understanding of ML system design, scalability, and optimization
• Advanced programming skills in Python and modern ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Extensive experience building and deploying production-grade ML systems
• Proven ability to solve complex technical and architectural challenges
• Strong track record of technical mentorship and team development
• Demonstrated ability to drive strategic technical decisions
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Experience leading architectural discussions and cross-functional initiatives
• Ability to build consensus and align stakeholders around technical goals
