Job Requirements
- MS or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- Experience in Machine Learning or AI development
- Proven expertise in computer vision and deep learning
- Demonstrated success leading and delivering ML projects end-to-end
- Experience mentoring engineers and fostering technical excellence
Technical Expertise
- Deep knowledge of computer vision and multimodal architectures
- Strong understanding of ML system design, scalability, and optimization
- Advanced programming skills in Python and modern ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Extensive experience building and deploying production-grade ML systems
- Proven ability to solve complex technical and architectural challenges
- Strong track record of technical mentorship and team development
- Demonstrated ability to drive strategic technical decisions
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Experience leading architectural discussions and cross-functional initiatives
- Ability to build consensus and align stakeholders around technical goals
