What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field of study
• A MSc/PhD degree in Data Science, Machine Learning or other field with relevant research is a big plus
• Minimum 5 years of working experience at least one of these areas: Machine Learning Algorithms, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, Speech Research or Data Science
• Proven experience in AI-powered recommendation systems (collaborative filtering, content-based, hybrid models).
• Hands-on experience with deployment and monitoring of production ML systems.
• Strong programming skills with Python Programming Language including most famous modules and frameworks such as PyTorch, scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow etc.
• Good verbal and written communication skills (in Turkish and English – min B1 level)
• Solid understanding of the software development life cycle
• Ability to write testable, clean and high-quality code
• Familiar with common development and Agile practices
• Knowledge on Linux command line (Ubuntu, etc.), shell scripting, CUDA/cuDNN is a plus
• Experience on other software languages such as Java, and JavaScript is a plus
• Being passionate to use new technologies in projects
• Ability to quickly learn and unlearn
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication, multi-tasking problem solving and critical and analytical thinking skills
