We are currently looking for a HR Administration Specialist ready to join our adventure, share our ambition and help shape the future of digital banking.
What you will be doing?
- Prepare and manage HR-related documentation (contracts, annexes, certificates, etc.)
- Track and manage deadlines for documents, certifications, and employment-related obligations
- Coordinate and schedule medical check-ups and Health & Safety trainings on time
- Ensure proper filing and archiving of employee records in accordance with legal and company standards
- Maintain high standards of confidentiality in all aspects of work
- Liaise with external providers and internal departments to facilitate HR processes
- Administer HR systems for accurate employee data
Skills you should have
- A minimum of 1 year of previous experience in an administrative or HR role,
- Strong sense of work culture, ethics, and confidentiality,
- Fluent in English and Polish to effectively communicate in a multinational environment and local authorities,
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data,
- Ability to identify and resolve HR administration-related issues efficiently,
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams,
- Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision,
- Availability to work a minimum of one day a week in our Warsaw office.
