We are looking for ambitious Junior / Graduate Data Engineers and Analysts to join our leading Financial Services client in Kraków. This is a fantastic opportunity to launch your career in data, working with modern technologies and gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global environment.
Through our Hire-Train-Deploy model, successful candidates will receive specialised training before being placed in a full-time role with our partner organisations. This ensures you gain the skills and practical knowledge needed to succeed in one of the most in-demand fields in technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and analyse large datasets to generate actionable insights.
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Develop dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
- Work with structured and unstructured data across multiple platforms.
- Support data quality, governance, and compliance initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, operations, and business teams.
- Continuously explore new tools and technologies to improve data capabilities.
🎓 What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0–2 years of professional experience in data analysis, data engineering, or IT.
- Knowledge of programming and query languages (SQL, Python, R, Java, or similar).
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
- Understanding of databases, data modelling, and ETL concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and passion for working with data.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, or data-related) are a plus but not essential.
