Business Analytics Consultant

Responsibilities

• Forge strong partnerships with senior client stakeholders and internal account managers
• Lead collaborative, value-driven approaches to solving data-related challenges
• Partner with Senior Leadership to create account plans and business strategies leveraging data
• Identify data-driven opportunities and facilitate analytics engagements to generate revenue in financial accounts
• Take the lead as principal consultant on complex data transformation projects
• Develop strategic deliverables including mission statements, findings, and roadmaps
• Support pre-sales activities by assessing opportunities, responding to RFPs, preparing proposals, and aiding deal closure
• Lead team growth and support strategic financial account initiatives
• Achieve targeted revenue to drive client value and business growth
• Maintain billable utilization targets to improve operational outcomes
• Contribute to EPAM Data Practice initiatives focused on people and culture

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in data analytics or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years in leadership roles such as Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator
• 2+ years managing teams with 20 or more members
• Participation in 5 or more full project cycles or launching key product capabilities
• Practical experience influencing design and technology choices for enterprise data systems
• Strong background in IT management consulting
• Expertise in leading large data-driven programs and increasing revenue in financial portfolios
• Advanced skills in developing data and analytics business development organizations
• Proven ability to manage complex technology projects and engage with senior stakeholders
• Knowledge of banking, trading, and data aggregation
• Understanding of pre-sales activities and processes
• Ability to build and nurture client relationships and support strategy definition
• Experience with current data analytics trends
• Exposure to customer interactions and expectation management at senior levels
• Comfort working strategically while involved in project details
• Advanced English proficiency
