Join our team as a Middle Management Business Analytics Consultant where you will collaborate with experts to solve complex business problems and deliver strategic solutions for leading financial services clients. This role offers a chance to grow professionally while driving impactful data initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with senior client and internal account stakeholders
- Lead value-oriented collaboration to identify and address data challenges
- Work alongside Senior Leadership to co-develop account strategies focused on business growth through data
- Identify and enable data opportunities that generate revenue in financial industry client accounts
- Serve as the lead consultant on complex data transformation projects
- Contribute to strategic artifacts such as mission statements, assessments, and roadmaps
- Participate in pre-sales activities including opportunity evaluation, RFP responses, proposal preparation, and deal support
- Oversee team development and provide support to strategic financial accounts
- Meet revenue targets to enhance client value and business expansion
- Maintain target billable utilization to improve business efficiency
- Drive EPAM Data Practice initiatives related to people and team development
Requirements
- Relevant experience of 8+ years in data analytics or related fields
- 3+ years in leadership roles including Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator
- At least 2 years managing teams of 20 or more
- Experience with 5 or more full project cycles or launching key product capabilities
- Hands-on experience influencing design and technology choices for enterprise data platforms
- Strong background in IT management consulting
- Experience leading large data-focused programs and driving revenue growth
- Advanced skills in building business development teams focused on data and analytics
- Proven ability to lead complex technology projects and communicate with senior stakeholders
- Knowledge of banking, trading, and data aggregation processes
- Understanding of pre-sales processes and activities
- Capability to foster client relationships and support strategy development
- Up-to-date knowledge of data analytics trends
- Experience managing client expectations and presenting to senior stakeholders
- Comfortable balancing strategic and detailed project involvement
- Advanced English communication skills
