Responsibilities
- Build effective partnerships with senior client stakeholders and internal account managers
- Drive collaborative and value-focused solutions to data challenges
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership to develop account plans and data-driven business strategies
- Identify data opportunities and support analytics engagements to boost revenue in financial industry accounts
- Lead complex data transformation projects as principal consultant
- Contribute to strategic documents including mission statements, assessments, and roadmaps
- Engage in pre-sales activities such as opportunity assessment, proposal development, and deal support
- Lead team development efforts and support strategic financial accounts
- Meet revenue goals to enhance client value and expand business
- Maintain target billable utilization to optimize business operations
- Participate in EPAM Data Practice people-related initiatives
Requirements
- Eight or more years of relevant experience in data analytics or related fields
- At least three years in leadership roles such as Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator
- Two or more years managing teams of 20 or more members
- Experience in at least five full-cycle projects or launching important product capabilities
- Hands-on experience influencing design and technology decisions for enterprise data platforms
- Strong IT management consulting background
- Proven leadership in large data-driven programs and financial account revenue growth
- Advanced skills in building data and analytics business development teams
- Ability to manage complex technology projects and communicate with senior business and IT stakeholders
- Familiarity with banking, trading, and data aggregation processes
- Knowledge of pre-sales activities and procedures
- Talent for developing client relationships and supporting strategy definition
- Experience with current data analytics trends
- Comfortable with client interactions and expectation management at senior levels
- Ability to work strategically while engaged with project details
- Advanced English communication skills
