Responsibilities

Front-End Development:

• Develop and convert new/existing websites or designs into clean, semantic HTML structures, incorporating Tailwind CSS utility classes for styling and responsiveness.
• Translate UI/UX design wireframes and mockups into pixel-perfect, functional web applications utilizing Tailwind's utility-first approach.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility, optimizing for various screen sizes and resolutions using Tailwind's responsive utilities.
• Optimize web performance, including page load times and rendering performance, leveraging Tailwind's efficient styling.

Back-End Development (Laravel):

• Build and maintain scalable web applications using Laravel, ensuring clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services as needed.
• Manage databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL), including schema design, migrations, and query optimization.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and other application security best practices in Laravel.
• Collaborate with front-end components to deliver seamless full-stack applications.

WordPress Development:

• Customize and maintain WordPress websites, including theme and plugin development.
• Migrate and integrate WordPress content into Laravel-based projects when required.
• Ensure WordPress sites are optimized for performance, security, and SEO.

General:

• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality, bug-free applications.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in full-stack development, particularly with Laravel, Tailwind CSS, and WordPress.
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment, contributing ideas for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in Laravel and Tailwind CSS.
• Hands-on experience in WordPress development, including custom themes and plugins.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Tailwind CSS, including its utility-first principles, configuration, and customization.
• Solid understanding of PHP and Laravel’s MVC architecture.
• Familiarity with database management (MySQL).
• Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
