- Leadership: A proven track record of building, mentoring, and leading sales teams that consistently exceed targets.
- Strategic Acumen: Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with experience engaging at the C-level.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
