We’re looking for a UX Researcher & Product Designer to join our Customer Value & CX team, shaping the future of Shukran and Shukran Pay, Landmark Group’s flagship loyalty and payment products.


This hybrid role blends customer research, UX design, and product strategy, ideal for someone who can uncover insights, translate them into solutions, and bring ideas to life through prototyping and iteration.


You’ll work end-to-end across discovery and design, from conducting studies and analyzing data to crafting user journeys, wireframes, and polished designs using our Landmark Digital Language (LDL) design system and AI-powered workflows.


Key Responsibilities:


Research & Insights

  • Lead discovery, usability, and validation studies to uncover customer needs, pain points, and loyalty motivators.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns in engagement, retention, and payment adoption.
  • Benchmark loyalty programs, fintech and payment experiences, and emerging digital trends.
  • Develop personas, journey maps, and insight frameworks that guide product and design decisions.


Design & Prototyping

  • Translate insights into user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes (Figma).
  • Leverage Landmark’s LDL Design System and AI tools to streamline design creation.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and CRM to design experiences that drive adoption and usage of Shukran & Shukran Pay.
  • Conduct iterative testing to validate and refine design solutions.


Product & Collaboration

  • Partner with Product Managers & Designers to prioritize opportunities and align designs with strategic goals.
  • Support roadmap definition and KPI tracking around engagement, retention, and CLTV uplift.
  • Communicate research findings and design rationale through storytelling and visual artifacts.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of research and design processes within the Customer Value team.


Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Design, HCI, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
  • 3–6 years of experience across product research, UX design, or product analytics/management.
  • A strong UX research background
  • Experience in loyalty, customer engagement, retail, or eCommerce is highly desirable.
  • Strong expertise in user research methods (interviews, surveys, usability testing, data synthesis).
  • Hands-on experience with design tools (Figma) and AI tools (Claude, Chat GPT, Lovable, V0, etc.)
  • Familiarity with product management practices (Agile, Scrum, backlog grooming, PRDs).
  • Arabic speaking is desirable but not a deal breaker.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to work with SQL/Excel; exposure to visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) a plus.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance customer empathy with business priorities in decision-making.
