- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to inform design decisions
- Translate product requirements and user feedback into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for extensible experiences
- Map end-to-end user journeys and workflows for the complex B2B processes involved in procurement, approvals, and payments
- Collaborate with the Director of Product to align UX strategy with product roadmaps and business objectives
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define UX success metrics and leverage performance data to continuously improve the UX
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and performance data, leveraging A/B testing as appropriate
- Advocate for UX best practices and contribute to the evolution of the product design process at Nomia
- Champion a user-centric design culture across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Business Development teams

- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and beautiful UI execution
- Excellent track record in establishing and managing Design Systems
- Excellent design and organisational skills in Figma with additional skills such as Sketch, Adobe CC, etc.
- Experience conducting user research and turning insights into wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes
- Understanding of AI-assisted UX, personalization, or adaptive UI
- Understanding of responsive design and accessibility best practices
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working with product pods
- Bonus: Experience working on enterprise or procurement-related B2B products
