Odfjell Technology Well Management is expanding – and we’re looking for passionate Drilling & Wells professionals who want to help shape the future of well operations.
With growing activity within Plug & Abandonment (P&A), we’re strengthening our teams in Drilling, Completion, and Well Intervention to meet long-term project opportunities on the NCS and abroad.
At Odfjell Technology, you’ll be part of a forward-thinking organization that combines decades of operational experience with digital innovation and AI-driven well planning.

Based in Stavanger, with opportunities for international project involvement.
We are currently looking for highly motivated professionals to join us in the following roles:
- Drilling & Wells Manager / Drilling Superintendent
- Lead Drilling & Wells Engineer
- Senior Drilling & Wells Engineer
- Drilling & Wells Engineer
Qualifications
- MSc or BSc in Petroleum Engineering or other relevant engineering discipline
- Strong regulatory knowledge from NCS / UKCS
- Experience with well integrity, well barriers, and related software (for senior/lead roles)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to explore new technology and digital tools
