About the role


At StormGeo, we’re on an exciting journey to transform the way our teams leverage artificial intelligence in their daily work. We’re looking for an AI Training and Onboarding Coach who will empower colleagues across the organization to confidently adopt and apply AI tools and workflows.


In this role, you'll design and deliver engaging, role-relevant learning experiences that make AI both accessible and practical - driving real productivity outcomes and helping our teams work smarter. Main responsibilities


  • Design & Deliver AI Enablement Journeys: Build end-to-end learning experiences - from onboarding to advanced mastery - that simplify complex AI concepts for diverse audiences. Develop tiered certification programs (Level 1–3) focused on practical use cases and measurable behavior change.
  • Create Engaging Educational Content: Translate technical capabilities into clear, relatable learning materials - videos, demos, guides, and workshops - tailored to commercial, technical, and leadership roles.
  • Lead Scalable Learning Operations: Develop and manage a digital learning ecosystem with interactive content, feedback loops, and community-driven support. Ensure continuous learning through quarterly refreshers and microlearning modules.
  • Drive Impact Measurement: Operate and evolve a performance dashboard to track engagement, learning outcomes, and business impact metrics (adoption rate, satisfaction, productivity gains). Use insights to continuously refine programs.
  • Champion Responsible AI Use: Deliver accessible privacy, compliance, and safety modules that promote responsible and ethical AI application in everyday work.
  • Foster a Culture of Learning: Partner with Customer Success, Product, and People teams to embed AI fluency into onboarding, enablement, and ongoing development programs. Act as internal ambassador for AI literacy and adoption.


Requirements


  • 5+ years in customer education, enablement, or learning program management, ideally within SaaS or AI technology sectors.
  • Proven experience designing and scaling enterprise learning programs that blend storytelling, technical understanding, and change enablement.
  • Strength in content design and delivery - adept at simplifying technical topics for large and varied audiences.
  • Strong background in customer success, engagement analytics, and operational performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills - able to inspire adoption and bridge business and technical priorities.
