📍Location : Dubai - onsite

🗓️Duration : 2 years contract

⏰ Notice Period: Immediate joiner or up to 30 days

🔒 Key Requirements:-

• Continuous monitoring of servers, networks, cloud apps and security alerts
• Ticket logging, first fix and timely escalation to L2/L3 teams
• Perform daily health checks, incident correlation & notification
• Backup job checks, certificate expiry and system availability tracking
• Maintain shift handover logs & follow incident SOP playbooks
