We are seeking experienced and skilled NOC Engineers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in network operations, troubleshooting, and maintaining network integrity to ensure optimal performance for our clients.
π Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
β° Work Mode: Work From Office
πΌ Role: NOC Engineer
Salary - 6500 AED + Benefits
Experience - 5+ years
What You'll Do
π― Monitor and manage network performance to ensure reliability and uptime.
π οΈ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to networks and systems.
π Conduct regular system checks and audits to identify potential issues.
π Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions for network improvements.
π Document incidents, resolutions, and changes in the network environment.
π€ Provide exceptional support to clients by addressing queries promptly.
Continuous monitoring of servers, networks, cloud apps and security alerts
Ticket logging, first fix and timely escalation to L2/L3 teams
Perform daily health checks, incident correlation & notification
Backup job checks, certificate expiry and system availability tracking
Maintain shift handover logs & follow incident SOP playbooks
What Weβre Looking For
β Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) role.
β Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies.
β Proficiency in monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
β Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
β Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
