Salary - 6500 AED + Benefits

What You'll Do

🎯 Monitor and manage network performance to ensure reliability and uptime.

🛠️ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to networks and systems.

🔍 Conduct regular system checks and audits to identify potential issues.

📈 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions for network improvements.

📊 Document incidents, resolutions, and changes in the network environment.

🤝 Provide exceptional support to clients by addressing queries promptly.

Continuous monitoring of servers, networks, cloud apps and security alerts

Ticket logging, first fix and timely escalation to L2/L3 teams

Perform daily health checks, incident correlation & notification

Backup job checks, certificate expiry and system availability tracking

Maintain shift handover logs & follow incident SOP playbooks

What We’re Looking For

✅ Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) role.

✅ Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies.

✅ Proficiency in monitoring tools and ticketing systems.

✅ Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

✅ Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
