About The Role
You will play a key role in modernizing the management reporting and forecasting toolkit within BA Private. This will include hands on development of critical data assets, systems, reports, and tools that drive excellence in our reporting, planning, and business follow-up processes.
Key responsibilities include:
The Business Performance Analytics-unit has the responsibility of supporting both the Control & Actuary unit as well as Private at large in aspects related to Nordic reporting, data, and analytics. The unit’s mission is to elevate Nordic reporting, planning and business-follow-up capacity through collaborative efforts with other business units, thereby enhancing overall business steering capabilities for management.

You bring experience in Business Intelligence (BI), data development, and data modeling. While deep ERP expertise is not required, you are motivated and capable of taking a central, hands-on role in the technical implementation of our new plan & forecasting tool. About The Role
You will play a key role in modernizing the management reporting and forecasting toolkit within BA Private. This will include hands on development of critical data assets, systems, reports, and tools that drive excellence in our reporting, planning, and business follow-up processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Actively building and maintaining the technical setup of a new plan & forecasting tool in BA Private — including requirements gathering, development of data models, forecasting templates, and dashboards.
- Steering and actively contributing to the development of various data solutions — including Private’s reporting datasets.
- Providing support to the Control & Actuary unit and other business users in the effective use of reporting tools and data assets.
- Assisting the Business Performance Analytics-unit with developing dashboards, conducting data analyses, and delivering insights on business operations to Private and BU management.

You have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with specialists and stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset — you are self-driven, take initiative, and challenge yourself and others to grow.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization, turning numbers into meaningful insights.
- Technical expertise, including coding skills in languages such as SQL or Python, and proficiency with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- A relevant academic/university degree.
- Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language.
