We’re now looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist who can own and run the full recruitment funnel: from sourcing and outreach, to offer negotiation and onboarding. You’ll be responsible for helping us scale quickly — hiring engineers, growth hackers, marketers, and operators who share our hunger for impact.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end hiring process for technical and growth roles (backend, frontend, growth marketing, operations, etc.)
- Build and maintain our recruitment base in Notion, keeping all candidate data, pipelines, and processes organized
- Design and refine sourcing strategies — find talent where others aren’t looking
- Craft compelling outreach campaigns that attract top performers
- Run interviews, manage candidate communication, and coordinate with leadership
- Negotiate offers, manage contracts, and help structure fair and motivating remuneration packages
- Build repeatable systems that make recruitment faster, smarter, and more human
- Work autonomously — you’ll be trusted to make decisions, test ideas, and drive outcomes
- Have 4–6 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in startups or fast-growing tech environments
- Think from first principles — you don’t just follow templates, you build frameworks
- Have experience managing Notion databases or similar tools to organize recruitment and hiring operations
- Are proactive and autonomous — you act like a heat-seeking missile for talent and solutions
- Have strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Understand contracts, offers, and remuneration structures
- Are hungry to grow — you see this role as a stepping stone toward leadership in People Operations
- Thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous environment where no two weeks look the same
