About the Role:
Our client is looking for a motivated Junior Developer to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality technical solutions across our internal systems. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who enjoys problem-solving, communicating with non-technical colleagues, and working hands-on with modern web technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with non-technical staff to understand business needs and translate them into clear, structured technical requirement specifications for our external development team.
• Create and maintain reports and technical tools within our internal CRM system.
• Perform day-to-day technical tasks, including data management, troubleshooting, and process automation.
• Assist in testing and validating new features delivered by the external dev team.
• Document system configurations, workflows, and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve system efficiency and ensure smooth integration of new features.
Skills & Experience:
Essential:
• Working knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Good attention to detail and a structured approach to documenting work.
Desirable:
• Experience with Laravel and the Eloquent ORM.
• Familiarity with modern web development practices and frameworks.
• Experience using or maintaining a CRM system.
