Description
- Develop and maintain web and mobile applications
- Develop AI and automation tools to improve productivity for inhouse use and also public access remarketing
- Build and integrate APIs (Node.js, TypeScript, Python)
- Work with React / Next.js (web) and React Native (mobile)
- Manage serverless backend systems on AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS/PostgreSQL, CloudFront, Cloudflare)
- Maintain integrations business, user and partner facing: AWS Personalize, Facebook Ads, and Amazon Associates...
- Ensure code quality, security, and stability using Sentry, CodeCov, and Cloudflare Zero-Trust
- Collaborate directly with the founder on planning, problem-solving, and deployment
- Document processes and manage repos in GitHub/Bitbucket
- Co-organize product plans and then execute them
- 3–6 years of experience as a full-stack developer
- Solid command of React / Next.js / Node.js / AWS
- Comfortable building both frontend and backend independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and a product-oriented mindset
- Experience with third-party integrations (APIs, tracking, analytics, etc.)
- Strong communicator who thrives in close collaboration
- Excited to work side-by-side, iterate daily, and own results
- Experience with React Native or mobile deployment workflows
- Understanding of marketing tech, event tracking, or personalization systems
- Familiarity with privacy and consent frameworks (CASL, GDPR, etc.)
- Exposure to AI-integrated apps or conversational interfaces (e.g., ChatGPT apps)
- BONUS tied to performance
- You’ll be working directly with the founder, not through layers of management
- You’ll own entire pieces of the product — not just tasks
- You’ll have the chance to shape the architecture and process from the ground up
- You’ll see your work in real-world use at national consumer shows
