Inventa Capital Operations Corp., a premier investment group focused in the mining sector, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Corporate Development Analyst to join our team. This role combines financial analysis, market research, and due diligence to support investment decisions in the natural resource sector. It is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of finance, strategy, and technical analysis within a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

·      Building advanced financial models, technical due diligence, and consolidating due diligence findings across various disciplines into clear, concise assessment summary presentations.

·      Assist in the collaboration with cross-functional teams internally and externally to conduct in depth economic and technical due diligence.

·      Support with the preparation of internal materials,

·      Any other projects/duties that may arise from time to time as required by the role and/or at the request of the Director, Corporate Development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or in the final year of study) in Finance, Accounting, Business, Geology, mining engineering or a related field
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in corporate development, investment banking, or project evaluation in mining sector.  
• Financial modeling and valuation skills
• Familiarity with the mining industry, commodities, and capital markets preferred.
• Understanding of corporate finance, accounting, and investment principles.
• Research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize large amounts of information into clear insights.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Suite, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized with strong time-management skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: C$75,000.00 - $95,000 per year
