Required
As a UX researcher, you enhance the user experience for our members, clients, and internal users by leading UX research activities within digital and omnichannel projects. You will be part of the Research Team, whose mission is to deepen and measure the understanding and expectations of members and clients to support business decisions, marketing strategies, and the improvement of the omnichannel experience. More specifically, you will be required to:
- Actively contribute to the Business Services Experience Design Center to support the sector in its digital transformation.
- Understand project objectives (value propositions, design) and the business needs of the sector.
- Define appropriate methodologies—both qualitative and quantitative—that effectively meet the objectives depending on the project stage.
- Prepare and moderate remote tests or in-person sessions in our UX research lab.
- Analyze, synthesize, and present research findings in clear and concise reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with digital strategists, web analytics specialists, product owners, UX designers, UI designers, and content writers to promote user-centered digital solution design.
- Monitor and share best practices and trends in UX research and user experience.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Experience in user research or as a UX designer with research experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Familiarity with tools such as Qualtrics and Optimal Workshop
