With over 2B in total value locked (TVL) and a portfolio of innovative digital-asset products, they’re leading the evolution of institutional-grade DeFi across global markets.


As Business Development Manager (Canada), you’ll drive institutional growth and strategic partnerships across the Canadian and wider North American markets. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who understands both traditional and decentralised finance — and thrives on developing long-term relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and venture funds.


The Role

You’ll lead commercial and capital-raising initiatives, represent the organisation to key investors, and play a crucial role in expanding the company’s footprint across Canada. Collaborating closely with global leadership, you’ll shape business strategy, close complex deals, and strengthen the organisation’s institutional network.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead business development and institutional engagement across Canada.
  • Represent the organisation to institutional investors, funds, and UHNW clients.
  • Develop tailored digital-asset and investment solutions for institutional clients.
  • Collaborate with SDR and BD teams to optimise lead generation and conversion.
  • Represent the company at financial, Web3, and fintech industry events.
  • Analyse market trends, competition, and regulatory shifts to guide regional strategy.


What You’ll Bring

  • 4–7 years of business development, partnerships, or investment experience.
  • Proven success engaging institutional clients across TradFi and DeFi.
  • Understanding of capital markets, digital assets, and blockchain ecosystems.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely within a dynamic, global team environment.
