Role Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management: Develops comprehensive project execution plans, manages tenders, prepares reports, and ensures that project designs meet requirements and specifications.
Stakeholder Coordination: Organizes meetings, communicates with clients, contractors, and designers, and collaborates closely with all stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.
Risk Mitigation and Project Handover: Identifies risks, develops mitigation strategies, and oversees project handover, defects management, and close-out procedures.
Requirements:
Project Management Experience: 3-4 years of experience in project management with a trade background in structural work or fitout; data center experience is a plus.
Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership abilities, with excellent verbal and written communication skills for managing teams and delivering projects on time.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel, with additional benefit from a construction-related degree.
