As Senior Manager, Project Manager, you will play a key role in turning business vision into actionable transformation initiatives. You will work closely with business leaders, IT, and external consultants to deliver digital and process excellence projects that drive measurable business impact.


Your Impact


Transformation Leadership & Project Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation projects from scoping to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
  • Implement project governance frameworks and manage project risks, issues, and change requests effectively.
  • Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned, post-implementation reviews, and performance tracking.


Business Analysis & Solution Design

  • Engage stakeholders across functions to identify challenges, gather business requirements, and analyse current-state processes.
  • Define future-state processes and design innovative digital or process-engineering solutions that deliver efficiency and value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to validate solution designs and ensure successful adoption.
  • Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses to support data-driven decision-making.


Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business units, bridging operational needs with technology and transformation solutions.
  • Prepare and present clear, concise project updates and transformation roadmaps to senior leadership.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring alignment and buy-in throughout the transformation journey.
  • Foster collaboration across geographically distributed teams and drive accountability through transparent communication.


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, business transformation, or technology partnership roles.
  • Proven track record leading large-scale digital transformation projects in complex enterprise environments, ideally with cloud or process automation exposure.
  • Strong command of Agile methodologies and proficiency in tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and navigate matrix organisations.
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Self-driven, resourceful, and able to work effectively across teams and cultures.
