We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager. This role is primarily focused on coordination, stakeholder alignment, and requirement gathering. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work closely with buyers and technical teams. Candidate should have experience working in Agile environments and be comfortable supporting sprint activities and ceremonies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely updates and actions.
• Align with buyers to understand their needs and expectations.
• Gather build requirements and translate them into actionable next steps.
• Support Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track progress using Agile tools and ensure sprint goals are met.
• Maintain documentation and support reporting for ongoing activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks.

Required Skills:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Prior experience in stakeholder coordination or project support roles.
• Agile or Scrum certification is a plus.
