Position Overview
We’re seeking a visionary and entrepreneurial President & CEO to succeed our incumbent leader through a transitionary hand-off that offers the opportunity to learn the business and role while preparing their own vision of our next phase of growth and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams, driving business results, and fostering a strong organizational culture.
This role requires a leader with broad expertise across multiple business functions, including R&D, engineering, support, sales, marketing, customer experience, product development, and finance. The successor will have full P&L accountability and end-to-end responsibility for the business.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a strategic vision to ensure the continued success as a market leader in our construction technology and solutions space.
- Drive sustainable growth, continued profitability, and innovation while maintaining the company’s premium positioning in the market.
Cultural Stewardship:
- Preserve and enhance our strong, values-driven culture that prioritizes process excellence, collaboration, and customer experience.
- Inspire and engage the team by fostering a positive, high-performance environment.
Operational Excellence:
- Lead and manage the senior leadership team (8 direct reports) across all business functions, including R&D, engineering, support, sales, marketing, customer experience, product development, and finance.
- Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness across the organization, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Financial Management:
- Take full P&L accountability for the business, ensuring financial performance aligns with strategic objectives.
- Drive financial discipline and reporting in alignment with operational needs.
Customer-Centric Innovation:
- Maintain our reputation for delivering premium, innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and ensure the company continues to lead in hardware, software, and services.
Required Qualifications
Leadership & Business Acumen:
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, including P&L responsibility, in a technology-driven business that includes strong elements of hardware, software, and services as part of its solutions.
- Proven ability to lead and scale a high-performing organization with a strong emphasis on culture and process.
- Experience managing diverse teams across multiple business functions, including R&D, engineering, customer experience, and sales.
Strategic Thinking & Execution:
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision with day-to-day operational execution.
- Demonstrated success in driving consistent YoY growth and profitability in a competitive market.
Cultural Fit & Emotional Intelligence:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and engage teams at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications
- Required: Experience in a hardware, software, and services business, particularly one with a strong focus on customer experience and premium market positioning.
- Familiarity with the construction, technology, or industrial sectors is a plus.
- MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
