Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Director & Chief of Staff to partner with the EVP, Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and leadership team for our Enterprise Sales organization. This role serves as a trusted advisor, integrator, and operational leader driving clarity, accountability, and alignment of strategic initiatives across a complex, global go-to-market business.
The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, operational discipline, and the ability to turn strategy into action through rigorous planning, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. You will lead the rhythm of the business, oversee strategic initiatives, and ensure the organization operates with focus, efficiency, and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the CRO to define and execute the Enterprise Sales strategy, annual operating plan, and key business priorities.
- Develop and maintain the sales operating cadence including business reviews (QBRs), monthly performance reviews, and leadership "off-sites."
- Drive the execution of strategic initiatives and ensure alignment between sales, marketing, finance, operations, and product teams.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner and proxy to the CRO, enabling focus on the highest-impact priorities.
- Streamline communication, decision-making, and information flow within the leadership team and across the organization.
- Prepare executive presentations, board updates, and business reviews with sharp insight and storytelling.
- Anticipate organizational needs and proactively address issues that could hinder execution or morale.
- Partner with Sales Operations and enablement teams to provide actionable insights on sales performance, customer trends, and growth opportunities.
- Ensure the organization has the systems, tools, and metrics to drive accountability and Support organizational design, workforce planning, and resource allocation to optimize productivity and growth.
- Lead or oversee key transformation projects and initiatives.
- Drive communication and engagement strategies to foster alignment, transparency, and a high-performance culture.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in sales operations, strategy, business management, or general management, preferably in Enterprise or B2B technology environments.
- Proven experience supporting or leading large, matrixed sales organizations with complex go-to-market motions.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen; able to translate data into business insights and executive recommendations.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and executive storytelling skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or advanced degree preferred.
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action.
- Trusted advisor who balances discretion, diplomacy, and decisiveness.
- Highly collaborative and comfortable navigating ambiguity and change.
- Operates with integrity, accountability, and a passion for results.
- Ability to navigate complex and ambiguous environments with an agile mindset ready to pivot and iterate as needed.
- Disciplined execution skills with influence to effect change and break down barriers to ensure results and impact are delivered.
- Ability to build trust and partnering relationships with executives and internal / external stakeholders of all levels.
- Skilled at synthesizing large amounts of data to identify critical trends and present data in an impactful way and a consulting mindset.
- Ability to ideate, test, iterate and implement new initiatives with a keen focus on change management and development of strong ecosystem partnerships for collective success.

Compensation & Benefits Details
- An employee’s pay position within the salary range may be based on several factors including but not limited to (1) relevant education; qualifications; certifications; and experience; (2) skills, ability, knowledge of the job; (3) performance, contribution and results; (4) geographic location; (5) shift; (6) internal and external equity; and (7) business and organizational needs.
- The salary range is what we believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California, Colorado, New York or remote jobs that can be performed in California, Colorado and New York. This range may be modified in the future.
- You will be eligible to participate in Sandisk's Short-Term Incentive (STI) Plan, which provides incentive awards based on Company and individual performance. Depending on your role and your performance, you may be eligible to participate in our annual Long-Term Incentive (LTI) program, which consists of restricted stock units (RSUs) or cash equivalents, pursuant to the terms of the LTI plan. Please note that not all roles are eligible to participate in the LTI program, and not all roles are eligible for equity under the LTI plan. RSU awards are also available to eligible new hires, subject to Sandisk's Standard Terms and Conditions for Restricted Stock Unit Awards.
