✅ About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Golang Developer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for building high-performance, scalable backend systems and microservices. The ideal candidate has solid hands-on experience with distributed systems, APIs, and cloud-native development.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and microservices using Golang
- Build RESTful and/or gRPC APIs
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability
- Implement CI/CD, automated testing, and monitoring solutions
- Collaborate with DevOps, Product, and Front-End teams
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
💡 Required Qualifications
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Golang
- Strong understanding of concurrency, Goroutines, channels
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Proficiency in REST APIs / gRPC
- Hands-on experience with Docker / Kubernetes
- Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.)
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
⭐ Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
- Familiarity with Kafka / RabbitMQ / message queues
- Experience with GraphQL (optional)
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
- Familiarity with Go frameworks (Gin, Echo, Fiber)
