About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Android Engineer who’s excited to shape the future of our resident mobile experience across multiple apps. If you love building products that impact real people every day, you’ll feel right at home here.

🔧 Responsibilities:

• Build and evolve Flow’s Android apps from concept to launch
• Make key architecture decisions and drive technical excellence
• Work closely with Product + Design to craft intuitive, joyful user experiences
• Champion app quality, privacy, performance, and security
• Collaborate with engineers across mobile and backend to level up the platform

✅ Qualifications:

• 6+ years in Android development (Kotlin, Jetpack, Compose)
• Have shipped real products to the Play Store
• Care deeply about user experience, performance, and clean architecture
• Love building scalable apps and aren’t afraid of greenfield work
• Passionate about shaping products that strengthen real-life community

🧠 Required Skills:

• 6+ years in native Android development (Kotlin, Jetpack, Compose)
• Experience launching products to the Play Store
• Strong focus on user experience, performance, and clean architecture
• Ability to build scalable, high-quality Android apps

⭐ Preferred Skills:

• Experience with modern Android architecture (MVVM, Clean Architecture)
• Interest in community-building or real estate-tech products
• Exposure to IoT or connected device experiences is a plus

💰 Pay Range & Compensation Package:

Salary: $180K–$250K

(plus competitive benefits + equity)
