Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of software industry experience
- Strong foundation in AI/ML concepts and model evaluation
- Proven experience with production AI/ML models
- Ability to develop and maintain high-quality Python code
- Experience creating LLM-powered services and features
- Desire and aptitude for learning new AI/ML techniques and tools
- Familiarity with end-to-end AI/ML processes such as deployment and maintenance at scale
- Preferred: experience with AWS AI/ML stack, document processing with LLMs, mentoring teammates, and working with multiple LLM models and tools
- Develop and enhance AI/ML services that deliver measurable value to users
- Evaluate, experiment, and iterate on LLM and traditional ML models, including context engineering and agent workflows
- Monitor and maintain production models, ensuring optimal performance
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and UX teams to integrate AI features into customer-facing products
- Stay up-to-date with emerging AI/ML developments and incorporate best practices into solutions
- Provide strategic input on technical AI/ML initiatives and support continuous improvement efforts
