Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Maintain and update HR records, systems, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies.
• Proven experience in human resources administration or a related field.
• Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and related tools.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage employee relations.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Knowledge of onboarding processes and best practices.
• Experience conducting background checks and maintaining compliance with employment regulations.
