Game Developer – Unreal/Unity Lead

The role offers the chance for long-term collaboration and the potential for ongoing work, with a focus on delivering innovative gameplay experiences. The ideal candidate will be based in the United States and comfortable working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical development and architecture of the game using Unity or Unreal Engine 4
• Collaborate closely with the project owner to define and implement creative vision and gameplay mechanics
• Oversee code quality, performance optimization, and integration of new features
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges throughout the development lifecycle
• Mentor and guide other developers or contributors as the project scales
• Ensure timely delivery of milestones and maintain clear communication on project progress
  
  

Skills And Requirements

• Proven expertise in Unity or Unreal Engine 4, with a strong portfolio of shipped projects
• Advanced knowledge of C# (Unity) or C++ (Unreal Engine)
• Demonstrated experience in game architecture, systems design, and performance optimization
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Based in the United States, with availability for remote work and potential long-term engagement
