Data Analyst

$55.00-$60.00/hr W2 (no 1099 or C2C)

Onsite: Beaverton, OR - 100% onsite

18 month assignment


About the Role

This role is ideal for a highly technical, self-motivated analyst with a passion for storytelling through data. You’ll work closely with product engineering and manufacturing stakeholders to design and implement scalable data workflows, build intuitive dashboards, and ensure timely access to metrics that drive strategic decisions.

You’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of data reporting from ingestion and enrichment to visualization and stakeholder engagement with a focus on supporting product engineering teams and supply chain operations.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of end-to-end reporting solutions for the Men’s & Women’s World Cup initiative
  • Design and implement data ingestion processes, including user-managed files (e.g., Excel)
  • Enrich raw data by applying business logic and transformation rules
  • Build and maintain ETL pipelines to support reporting and analytics needs
  • Collaborate with material supply engineering teams to gather and refine business requirements
  • Develop front-end dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for executive stakeholders
  • Ensure data availability and accessibility for cross-functional teams


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in data analytics or data engineering
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau
  • Familiarity with Data Lakehouse platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake)
  • Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and drive projects forward


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for data workflows
  • Background in sports analytics or event-based reporting
  • Experience working in global, cross-functional teams

- Bachelor’s degree preferred for this role

- 8-9 years’ experience required in a data analyst role


Top must-have skills include the following:

- SQL

- Python

- Backend development experience (aka data engineering)

- Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)

- Data product lifecycle knowledge
