Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Remote

Salary: $75,000 - $80,000

Annual Performance Bonus: Up to $5,000

Job Start Date: Monday, January 5th, 2026

Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Data Analyst to join our team and help turn data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with data visualization tools, and the ability to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track business performance and KPIs.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis.
• Collaborate with business and media teams to understand requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across systems.
• Support decision-making by delivering clear, actionable insights.
• Assist in automating data workflows and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in data analytics or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with Python or R is a plus.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio).
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain data insights clearly.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of data modeling and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS Redshift).
• Experience working with business intelligence in media and marketing.
