Senior Project Manager

The opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Senior Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be involved in managing the full project lifecycle—from planning to execution—ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and customer satisfaction while adhering to Hitachi Energy’s quality and safety standards.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Planning, executing, and monitoring service projects (installation, maintenance, upgrades, retrofits).
• Coordinating cross-functional teams including field engineers, supply chain, and finance.
• Communicating with customers regarding project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
• Managing project documentation, reporting, and risk mitigation.
• Controlling project budget and ensuring profitability.
• You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the energy or industrial sector.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SAP).
• PMP certification.
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English is required.
