Lead Frontend developer with Flutter

We’re looking for a Lead Frontend Developer with Flutter to support our team in Oman. Job Description

1. Architect and develop high-performance mobile applications using Flutter.

2. Technically lead and mentor a team of mobile developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

3. Must to have prior experience in mobile banking application development & implementation process.

4. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. Implement responsive UI/UX designs from Figma prototypes.

5. Design and develop mobile applications using Flutter, ensuring a seamless user experience across iOS, Android and HarmonyOS platforms.

6. Optimize mobile applications for performance, scalability, and security.

7. Proficient programming in DART, state management (Bloc/River pod), Strong UI/UX implementation skills (animations, responsive layouts).

8. Experience in surround system integration like core banking, card systems, middleware, etc.

9. Good level of knowledge in database management systems like Oracle, MS SQL Server & MySQL.

10. Expertise in containerization technologies (OpenShift, Kubernetes) and On-Prem environments
