Key Responsibilities:


1. Customer Care & Relationship Management

  • Handle customer inquiries and feedback through calls, emails, or in-person visits.
  • Maintain excellent client relationships by offering prompt assistance and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct client visits whenever it’s needed to address the requirements and gather feedback.
  • Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth order processing, service delivery, and issue resolution.


2. Brand Representation & Corporate Events

  • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, conferences.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating company participation in business events and networking activities.
  • Maintain a professional and approachable presence as the company’s ambassador during external engagements.


3. Social Media & Digital Presence

  • Manage social media accounts by planning, posting, and scheduling regular content updates.
  • Suggest creative content ideas aligned with the company’s brand tone and marketing goals.
  • Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across platforms.


4. Content Arabization & Localization

  • Translate and adapt business content (posters, documents, web pages, etc.) into Arabic while maintaining accuracy and cultural relevance from time to time.
  • Work with internal and external teams to ensure all materials meet local standards and brand guidelines.
  • Review and proofread translated materials for clarity and tone consistency.


Key Qualities & Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (spoken and written). Hindi is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities with a customer-first mindset and Business Development.
  • Smart, well-groomed, and confident in public representation and client interactions.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of marketing, event coordination, and business communication.
  • A positive, energetic attitude, ability to handle strain and stress.
