About the Role:
We are seeking a Project Administrator/ Coordinator to support our on-site engineering and project management teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating between different engineering disciplines, managing project documentation, and ensuring smooth communication and workflow across teams. This position is entirely site-based and requires excellent organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities between engineering teams (civil, electrical, mechanical, etc.) on site.
- Manage and track project documentation, drawings, and technical submissions.
- Ensure proper document control, filing, and distribution of approved drawings and reports.
- Prepare and maintain project logs, schedules, and progress reports.
- Follow up on deliverables with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Support the project management team in meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Attend on-site meetings, record minutes, and ensure action points are followed up.
- Maintain effective communication between office and site teams.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and project documentation standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in project coordination within construction or engineering environments.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Must possess a valid driving license and own car to commute to the site (located approx. 30 minutes from Central Muscat).
Compensation & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: OMR 750 (inclusive).
- 5-day work week (Sunday – Thursday).
