We are hiring for Program Manager - Enterprise Digital Transformation for one of our American MNC client


Location: Bangalore

Exp: 12-15 years


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead digital transformation programs from planning to execution.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements and process flows.
  • Support solution design, testing, and change management.
  • Drive project governance, reporting, and compliance with enterprise standards.
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, and performance dashboards.
  • Contribute to portfolio planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Master’s in Business, Information Systems, or related field (Operations background a plus).
  • 12+ years of experience in program/project management or business analysis.
  • Strong grasp of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
  • Skilled in tools such as MS Project, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, and Excel.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum certification.
  • Experience in enterprise PMO or large-scale transformation programs.
  • Familiarity with PPM tools and digital process optimization.
