We are hiring for Program Manager - Enterprise Digital Transformation for one of our American MNC client
Location: Bangalore
Exp: 12-15 years
Key Responsibilities
- Lead digital transformation programs from planning to execution.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements and process flows.
- Support solution design, testing, and change management.
- Drive project governance, reporting, and compliance with enterprise standards.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and performance dashboards.
- Contribute to portfolio planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Master’s in Business, Information Systems, or related field (Operations background a plus).
- 12+ years of experience in program/project management or business analysis.
- Strong grasp of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
- Skilled in tools such as MS Project, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, and Excel.
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum certification.
- Experience in enterprise PMO or large-scale transformation programs.
- Familiarity with PPM tools and digital process optimization.
