Senior Backend Engineer | Fully Remote | Full Time

Are you a seasoned backend engineer with a passion for building scalable APIs and robust backend systems? We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our development team and help shape the future of our platform.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality APIs and backend services
• Architect scalable software solutions and contribute to system design
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across systems
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends

What You’ll Bring

• 6+ years of experience in backemnd or fullstack software development
• Strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and Bash
• Deep understanding of API technologies (REST, GraphQL, XML-RPC)
• Experience connecting UI frameworks to backend systems
• Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Nice to Have

• Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, jQuery)
• Familiarity with Linux systems, virtualization, and networking
• System programming experience in C
