Business Analyst (Compliance Framework) / 6 month contract

A Marketing Agency is implementing a compliance framework to align with the EU AI Act. The Business Analyst will not focus on AI technology itself but will ensure process governance for its business usage. This involves designing a strategic solution for a combined inventory of all products, ensuring uniform assessment processes and senior management oversight.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop processes to identify, capture, and log high-risk AI use cases.

• Define, operationalize, and document process governance in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Design a strategic solution to consolidate AI and non-AI product inventories.

• Ensure consistent process assessment and oversight.

• Facilitate senior management engagement and decision-making.

Role requirements:

• Proven experience in compliance projects and process governance.

• Ability to design and implement greenfield processes with a strategic focus.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly in aligning compliance, legal, and tech units.

• Experience in designing and maintaining uniform processes in varied organizational settings.

Start date: November 2025

Duration: 6 month contract (likely outside IR35)

Location: Mainly remote, visits to London once a week min
