Role Overview:

As a UX/UI Designer, you will act as an individual contributor within your squad, driving the creation of seamless and engaging digital experiences for our customers. You will also contribute to the broader UX/UI community by sharing design thinking ideas and suggesting improved ways of working. This role suits an expert in digital product design, comfortable delivering high-quality solutions that directly support our digital transformation initiatives.



Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of end-to-end UX design processes, including user research and implementation.
  • Apply advanced proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Create high-fidelity digital designs while maintaining and updating pattern libraries.
  • Ensure complex design work is reviewed or signed off by a Senior Designer.
  • Utilize User Centred Design (UCD) methodologies, validating designs through user insights and usability testing.
  • Leverage analytics data and user research to inform decision-making and validate hypotheses.



About the Candidate:

  • Essential: Bachelor’s degree (2.1 or higher) in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a transformational digital environment; telco experience is a plus but not required.
  • Proven ability to design onboarding flows, specifically registration and login processes.
  • Competent as a product designer with strong skills in both UX and UI design.
  • Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Experience interpreting data from analytics platforms like Google Analytics or UserZoom is advantageous.
