An industry-leading multichannel marketing services business is currently seeking a talented and imaginative UX/UI Product Designer to join its growing Digital team. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with account, technical, and creative teams to define and implement engaging customer journeys
- Creating wireframes, information architecture, customer journey maps, and beautifully crafted interfaces
- Designing and building digital prototypes with speed and precision
- Applying user-centred design principles to deliver experiences that meet both customer needs and business goals
- Supporting and contributing to client workshops and design sprints
- Presenting design concepts confidently to internal teams and clients
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a creative agency environment
- A diverse digital product design portfolio, demonstrating creativity, innovation, and measurable results
- Strong understanding of human-centred design thinking, methods, and techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and a natural ability to simplify complex design problems
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Familiarity with AI prototyping tools
- Confident communicator with the ability to present ideas clearly
- Full UK driving licence
