Human Resources Graduate Development Programme – Rotational Scheme (2 Years)
Our client, a prestigious global financial institution, is seeking ambitious and motivated graduates to join their Human Resources Graduate Development Programme. This structured two-year rotational scheme has been designed to nurture the next generation of HR leaders through immersive experiences across multiple areas of the HR function.
Participants will complete three rotations of approximately eight months each, gaining hands-on exposure to different specialisms within HR, such as compensation, workforce analytics, employee engagement, and talent development. Throughout the programme, participants will receive continuous guidance from both a peer mentor and a senior professional, as well as tailored learning and development support.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to cross-functional HR projects, supporting strategic initiatives and data-driven decision-making.
- Develop analytical skills to interpret workforce data, produce insights, and inform recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with teams across HR to gain a broad understanding of the function’s strategic role in the business.
- Engage with senior leaders and participate in professional development sessions designed to build leadership capability.
- Work alongside programme managers to identify and secure a permanent role at the end of the two-year scheme.
The programme is due to commence in July 2026.
Candidate Profile
- Final-year students or recent graduates (expected graduation between December 2025 and July 2026).
- Passionate about pursuing a long-term career within Human Resources.
- Naturally curious, adaptable, and proactive in dynamic environments.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated leadership or community involvement experience.
- Eagerness to take part in a rotational programme within a major global organisation.
- Genuine interest in the financial services industry.
- Must have the right to work in, and a willingness to be based in, the chosen programme location.
