Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain comprehensive reporting pipelines for the Compliance Team
- Partner with data engineers, analysts, and integration specialists to craft effective reporting solutions
- Optimize and write advanced SQL queries using Databricks and Snowflake
- Design impactful data visualizations with Tableau to convey insights clearly
- Evaluate product business metrics and compute key performance indicators
- Implement and refine ETL and ELT processes to secure consistent data flow
- Manage priorities to deliver high-quality outcomes swiftly
- Maintain data quality and consistency across web-scale databases
- Present findings clearly to stakeholders using strong communication skills
- Troubleshoot and enhance PySpark jobs within data workflows
- Document procedures and uphold clear reporting standards
- Coordinate pipeline orchestration and scheduling tasks
- Monitor data operations and promptly address any issues
- Adjust to changing business needs and compliance requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of SQL experience using Databricks and Snowflake
- Proficient with data visualization tools, ideally Tableau
- Experience in data processing with PySpark
- Familiarity with ETL and ELT pipeline construction
- Knowledge of web-scale databases including Databricks, Snowflake, or BigQuery
- Understanding of product business metrics and KPI calculations
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively under pressure
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Analytical thinking paired with business insight
- Prior experience in FinTech or compliance domains preferred
- Skill in troubleshooting and enhancing data pipelines
- English proficiency at B2 level or above
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Apache Airflow for orchestrating pipelines
- Knowledge of Salesforce Tableau integration
- Experience in managing stakeholder relationships
