ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT / EXCELLENT ENGLISH

Duties and responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support for various projects and events
  • Assist in the preparation and copy-editing of publications
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth project execution
  • Updating internal files and databases
  • Analyze project data and generate reports


The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:


  • Degree or professional administrative experience in an office environment
  • Demonstrated administrative skills (event management experience is an advantage)
  • Advanced knowledge of English, both written and spoken
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point
  • International mindset
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and poise
  • Cultural sensitivity
  • Swiss nationality or permit B/C.
