We’re seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Financial Controller to join our leadership team, someone who combines strong technical expertise with strategic insight and a passion for making an impact.
About the Role
As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll be responsible for driving financial excellence and supporting executive decision-making. Your role will span across financial management, strategic planning, compliance, and leadership, ensuring the hotel is well positioned for sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Management – Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cashflow management while ensuring compliance and audit integrity.
- Strategic Analysis – Partner with the hotel leaders to guide long-term planning and data-driven decisions.
- Technology Oversight – Collaborate with IT teams to ensure financial systems and infrastructure align with business goals.
- Risk & Compliance Oversight – Maintain robust governance frameworks and ensure adherence to regulatory obligations.
- Leadership – Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team while empowering department leaders to understand performance drivers.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Build trusted relationships with internal leaders, external auditors, advisors, and key partners.

About You
- You’re a qualified accounting professional (CA/CPA) with demonstrated experience in financial leadership.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or hotel industry is highly regarded.
- You bring a proactive mindset, commercial acumen, and the ability to lead with both strategy and heart.
